RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your order.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Your withdrawal right is not subject to conditions: you may examine the piece as you would in a boutique. These recommendations only protect the piece while it travels:
- Preferably return it with its accessories and original packaging
- Protect it for transport: you are liable only for any diminished value resulting from excessive handling
- Choose a tracked shipment: proof of dispatch is enough to trigger your refund
PROCEDURE
Log in to your account and select the relevant order
Indicate the reason for return and confirm your request
Pay for and ship your package to the address provided
Drop off your package at a collection point or post office
REFUND
The refund covers all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs. It is processed within 5 business days from recovery of the item or from proof of its dispatch, whichever comes first. No prior verification may delay it. The refund is made to the payment method used for the order.
EXCHANGES
As our pieces are unique, exchanges are not possible. You can return your item and place a new order.
