These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sales of vintage and second-hand products made through the website kaviar-vintage.com. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

The products offered are second-hand, vintage or pre-owned items. Each product listing indicates the condition of the item (New, Excellent, Very Good, Good). Photographs are non-contractual but reflect the actual condition of the product as closely as possible.

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Kaviar reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of order validation.

Validating your order implies acceptance of these T&Cs. A confirmation email is sent to the provided address. Kaviar may cancel an order already validated in three cases only, and by stating the reason to you: the piece proves unavailable, a serious and verifiable doubt arises as to its authenticity, or payment fraud is established. In these three cases, all sums paid are refunded to you in full and no cost remains at your expense.

Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Transactions are secured by Stripe.

France: 3-4 business days. Europe: 4-7 business days. International: 7-14 business days. Items are shipped with insurance and tracking. Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and are shown before the order is confirmed.

In accordance with legislation, you have a 14-day withdrawal right from receipt of your order. No condition of packaging, accessory or tag may restrict the exercise of this right: you may examine the piece as you would in a boutique. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the piece. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Each item is expertly assessed and certified authentic by our team. A certificate of authenticity issued by an accredited third-party expert is available as an option, at the buyer's expense. In case of doubt, we commit to a full refund.

These T&Cs are subject to French law. No clause imposes a court on you: in the event of a dispute, you may bring the matter before the court having jurisdiction under the rules of the Code of Civil Procedure, the court of the place where you lived when the contract was concluded, or the court of the place where the harmful event occurred. The choice is yours.
